How a job works

Do I have to be with the vehicle?

For most jobs yes, or someone you nominate has to be, with the keys. If nobody can be there, tell us in the request and we will work out what is possible for that job.

Can I track the truck?

Yes. When a driver accepts you get a private tracking link. It shows the truck moving and an updating estimate, and it stops working once the job is complete.

What if the driver cannot find me?

Message in the conversation on your job. The driver sees it immediately. A cross street, a mile marker or a nearby business name is usually all it takes.

Do you take photos of my vehicle?

Yes, at pickup and at drop-off for a tow, and around the work area for tire changes and recoveries. They are attached to your job so the condition of the vehicle is never a matter of opinion.
