Where we cover
Eight zones across the Charlotte metro. Your zone decides the mileage rate on your quote, and you see it before you accept. Outside these zones we still come out at the outer-zone rate.
- Mileage is charged on the route the truck drives, not a straight line
- The rate tapers with distance — a long haul is not double a short one
- Outside a mapped zone? We tell you before you accept, not afterwards

What each area covers, and what mileage costs there
Uptown and Center City
Mileage from $6.00 per mileAbout 3 sq miInside and around the I-277 loop. Short hauls, parking decks and tight access, which is why a wheel lift is often the only truck that fits. Our fastest response times are here.
University Area
Mileage from $5.50 per mileAbout 23 sq miUNC Charlotte, University City and the I-85 north-east corridor. Lockouts, dead batteries and student cars that have sat unused for a semester are most of what we do here.
South Charlotte and Ballantyne
Mileage from $5.50 per mileAbout 66 sq miProvidence, Pineville, Blakeney and Ballantyne, down to the state line at the southern edge. If your destination is over the line in South Carolina, tell us and we will confirm the jurisdiction before quoting.
West Charlotte and the Airport
Mileage from $5.50 per mileAbout 88 sq miCharlotte Douglas, the I-85 west corridor and the rental and freight district. Our main yard is in this zone, so it is where we are closest. Airport property has gate fees and escort rules, and any gate charge is passed through on your quote, never hidden in it.
Matthews and Mint Hill
Mileage from $5.75 per mileAbout 66 sq miThe south-east suburbs along the US-74 corridor. A suburban and semi-rural mix, so average response here is a little longer than the inner zones and your quote reflects the real distance.
Gastonia
Mileage from $5.95 per mileAbout 138 sq miGaston County, west of the river along I-85. This is our longest run from the main yard, so a nearby approved partner operator often takes the job. Same pricing, same tracking, same evidence photos.
Concord and Cabarrus
Mileage from $5.95 per mileAbout 197 sq miConcord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg and the speedway area. This is a separate county, and race weekends change everything about traffic, so we plan extra capacity for them.
Wider Metro
Mileage from $6.25 per mileAbout 3,144 sq miOuter Metro Surcharge appliesEverything else inside the metro footprint, including the South Carolina side. An outer-zone rate applies and it is shown in your quote before you accept, never added afterwards. For a destination in South Carolina we confirm jurisdiction and tax with you first.
Every service runs in every zone
The zone changes the mileage rate and the realistic response time, never what we are able to do for you.
Just outside our zones?
Start a request anyway. If your location falls outside a mapped zone we will tell you before you accept anything, and any outer-zone rate is shown on the quote rather than added afterwards.
Check your exact location
The request matches where your vehicle is standing against the mapped zones and tells you which one applies, with the rate, before you accept.
Rather ask us first?
Send us the location and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you, instead of leaving you waiting on a truck that is not coming.
Stranded somewhere on this map?
Start a request and you will have a calculated price in about a minute.
