What each service covers
Towing
We will move your vehicle to wherever you need it. Tell us where it is and where it should go, and we will send the right truck. You will see the price before anything is booked.
Jump Start
If your battery is dead, we will come out and get the engine running. Most jump starts take about fifteen minutes once the driver arrives. If the battery will not hold, we can tow you instead.
Lockout
Locked out of your car? We can open most vehicles without causing damage. Please stay somewhere safe nearby and have your ID ready for the driver.
Fuel Delivery
Out of gas? We will bring enough fuel to get you to the nearest station. Let us know whether your vehicle takes gasoline or diesel so we bring the right can.
Tire Change
We will fit your spare tire so you can get moving again. If you do not have a usable spare, we can tow you to a tire shop instead. Please stay out of the traffic lane while you wait.
Winch-Out / Recovery
Stuck in mud, snow, sand or a ditch? We will pull your vehicle back onto solid ground. Recovery is charged by the time it takes, and the driver will confirm the cost with you on scene before starting.
EV Charge Assist
Electric vehicle out of charge? We will bring enough power to reach a charging station, or flatbed you to one if that is quicker. An EV-trained driver handles every one of these calls.
