We run our own trucks and work with approved partner operators across the Charlotte metro, so there is always something near you.
The two things people hate about calling a tow truck are not knowing the price and not knowing when it will turn up. We built the whole operation around fixing both: the price is calculated and shown before you book, and the truck is on a live map the moment a driver accepts. Photos are taken at both ends of a tow, so the condition of your vehicle is a matter of record rather than a matter of argument. Every partner operator on our network has current insurance and licensing on file before they are allowed to receive a single job.

Four things we do differently
None of this is a promise about attitude. Each one is a mechanism in the system that runs your job.
The price comes before the truck
Your quote is calculated by our pricing system from the service, your vehicle, the route distance and the time of day. It is itemised, and you accept it before a driver is sent. If something changes on scene, you get a revised quote to accept or decline.
You can see where the truck is
The moment a driver accepts your job you get a private tracking link with the truck on a map and an estimate that updates as it drives. You can message the driver and dispatch from the same screen.
Evidence, not opinions
Photos are taken at pickup and drop-off on a tow, and around the work area for tire changes and recoveries. They are attached to your job, so the condition of your vehicle is a matter of record.
Company drivers and approved partners
When our own trucks are further away than a nearby partner operator, the partner takes the job. Every partner has current insurance and licensing on file before they are allowed to receive a single job, and you get the same tracking and the same evidence either way.
