Price and payment
How much will it cost?
You see the full price before you book. It covers the call-out, the mileage for the distance involved and the service itself. Nothing is added later without asking you first, and if the driver finds extra work on scene you get a revised quote to accept or decline.
Why did the price change since last time?
Mileage is priced by zone and the rate tapers as the distance grows, so a longer haul is not simply double a short one. Time of day and demand also matter. Every line is itemised on your quote.
Do I pay before or after?
By default you pay when the job is done. Some accounts and some job types require payment to be authorised before a truck is dispatched, and if that applies to your job the wizard tells you before you accept.
