Connect the Charlotte Metro Towing app
The Mac app asks for a server address the first time you open it. That address is on this page — you do not need to remember it.
1 · Get the app
macOS 13 or later. Version 1.0.0 (1) · 150 KB.
Download for macOSSHA-256 411c9af4c366c7945118eabc97ed2312e09312b4c4e91fe2259553fc8611d112
2 · First time you open it, macOS will stop you
This is normal and it is not a broken download. The app is signed, but it is not yet registered with Apple, so macOS asks you to approve it once. You will never see this again on that Mac.
- Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Charlotte Metro Towing into your Applications folder.
- Open it from Applications. macOS says it cannot check the app for malicious software. Click Done.
- Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down to Security. You will see a line about Charlotte Metro Towing being blocked — click Open Anyway and confirm with Touch ID or your password.
- Open the app again and click Open. Done — it starts normally from now on.
Only do this for an app you downloaded from this site. Never for one that arrived by message or from a link you did not expect.
3 · Connect it
One click. The app opens and asks you to confirm tow.webpronc.com before connecting.
Open in the desktop appNothing happened? The app is not installed yet, or your browser blocked it — use the address below instead.
Your server address
Copy this and paste it into the app when it asks.
It is the same address you use in a browser. If an email or a message ever gives you a different one, do not use it — come back to this page.
Signing in
Use the same email and password as the website. One sign-in takes you to your own workspace — jobs for a driver, the board for dispatch, the partner portal for a vendor. Tick Keep me signed in and the app will not ask again until you sign out.
