Changing or cancelling
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is a free cancellation window after acceptance. After that, if the driver is already on the way, a cancellation fee covers the trip they made. The amount is shown on your job.
What if nobody is there when the driver arrives?
The driver waits and tries to reach you. If they cannot, the job is closed as a no-show and a call-out charge applies for the trip. Call us and we will send a truck again whenever you are ready.
