Every quote is built the same way: a call-out charge, mileage priced by the zone your vehicle is in, and the service itself. Add-ons and fees are listed as their own lines. You see the total before you accept, and any change on scene has to be agreed by you first.

What can change the price

These are every customer-visible adjustment in our price book. Each one appears as its own line on your quote, before you accept.

After Hours	+15%
Weekend	+20%
Holiday	+35%	Applies on the dates in our holiday calendar, which our team maintains.
Medium / Heavy Duty Uplift	+25%	Applies to Medium Duty and Heavy Duty vehicles, and only when the rate table does not already price that class.
Winching / Recovery Labor	$55.00 per 15 minutes	Applies when the job involves winching, stuck or off road. The driver confirms it with you on scene and photographs the work.
Accident Recovery	+25%	Applies when the job involves accident or not drivable collision. The driver confirms it with you on scene and photographs the work.
Outer Metro Surcharge	+$45.00	Applies when the pickup is in Metro Outer.

Time-of-day adjustments do not stack on each other. If more than one applies to your job, only the highest is charged.
