About Charlotte Metro Towing

About us

We run our own trucks and work with approved partner operators across the Charlotte metro, so there is always something near you.

The two things people hate about calling a tow truck are not knowing the price and not knowing when it will turn up. We built the whole operation around fixing both: the price is calculated and shown before you book, and the truck is on a live map the moment a driver accepts. Photos are taken at both ends of a tow, so the condition of your vehicle is a matter of record rather than a matter of argument. Every partner operator on our network has current insurance and licensing on file before they are allowed to receive a single job.

  • The price is calculated and accepted before a truck is dispatched
  • Every job is tracked live and closed out with photographic evidence
  • Partner operators are insurance-checked before they see a single job

Your data

Your location and your data

A tow truck cannot find you without a location. That is the one thing this service genuinely cannot work without, and it is treated accordingly.

How we handle where you are

We ask for your location because a tow truck cannot find you without it. Access to an exact location is logged internally, the driver only sees what they need to reach you, and your tracking link stops working once the job is finished. Location history from a job is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Need help now, or have a question?

If you are stranded, start a request — it gets a truck moving. If it can wait, send us a message and we will come back to you.
